What is your return policy?

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and you will need proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To start a return, contact us at cs.center0604@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

What items are non-returnable?

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.

What are the approximate shipping times?

Approximate shipping times are 3 to 8 business days for the USA and 3 to 12 business days for the rest of the world. These times do not include weekends or public holidays.

How long does order processing take?

Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed, which includes checking, packing, and forwarding to logistics. This processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
